At Local Roots February 6-11

Here comes the sun! It might be cold out, but it sure is lovely!

Here's what you'll find on my shelves at Local Roots Market this week:

In the bakery case, you'll find:

--Orange mint chip scones made entirely with spelt pastry flour -- tender and delicious! -- and kissed with a hint of orange peel and homegrown chocolate mint
--Raspberry truffle torte, a lusciously decadent chocolate treat with local red raspberries (dried or in jam), spelt pastry flour, and loads of good unsalted butter
--Swiss cheese rolls with Swiss cheese from Green Field Farms
