--Garlic pesto flatbread
--Honey spelt oat bread
--Maple oatmeal bread

--Pizza crusts
--Pumpernickel bread
--Rosemary cider bread
--Savory apple flatbread
--Sesame thins
--Spelt bread
--Tea rings and pecan rings

In the bakery case, you'll find:

--Blue cheese rolls with Headwaters Tomme from Kokoborrego Cheese Company and walnuts
--Cherry-almond cake with dried cherries from Moreland Fruit Farms, whole wheat pastry flour from Stutzman Farms, and wild black cherry and almond syrup from Simple Products
--Croissants -- both almond and chocolate! -- delivered Wednesday and Saturday

On top of that, I'll be in the demo kitchen at Local Roots on Saturday the 21st from 10 AM to 2 PM. Stop by to sample some old favorites as well as a few new products! And I'm especially excited that Brian Schlatter of Canal Junction Farmstead Cheese will join me, sampling some of his wonderful and award-winning artisan cheeses.

And if you haven't yet read the Local Roots newsletter for this month, check it out -- I've been featured as the Producer of the Month! (And I honestly had nothing to do with that, even though I edit the newsletter.)

The year is off to a great start!
