At Local Roots January 9-14

Here's what you'll find on my shelves at Local Roots Market this week:

--Garlic pesto flatbread
--Garlic pita chips
--Honey spelt oat bread

The "Need the Knead?" class at Today's Kitchen Store was great fun, so I'm looking forward to this Saturday's "Wheat vs. Spelt" class. There are still a couple of seats left, so contact TKS if you want to get in on the whole-grain baked fun!
