Hot Cross Buns!


They're slightly more than "one a penny, two a penny" -- have to account for the rising cost of everything over the past couple of centuries, you know. But these hot cross buns are a traditional Easter bread, enriched with butter and milk and egg, studded with raisins, and lightly spiced. And they'll be available at Local Roots for the Easter weekend.

(And maybe I'll even get some singles in the bakery case tomorrow!)
