At Local Roots October 22-27

This coming Saturday will be the last Saturday for the Downtown Wooster Farmers' Market for the year, and no matter the weather, I plan to be there.  Stop by to say hello and to get an almond croissant or some other goodie!

Here's what you'll find on my shelves at Local Roots Market this week:

--Apple strudel bread
--Artisan wheat bread
--Basil pesto flatbread
--Cheese crackers (cheddar, pepper jack)
--Cinnamon-pecan bread
--Dill bread
--Garlic-herb bread
--Honey spelt oat bread
--Maple oatmeal bread
--Pain aux noix
--Pizza crusts
--Pumpernickel bread
--NEW! Pumpkin seed-sage bread
--Raisin-walnut bread
--Rosemary bread
--Rosemary cider bread
--Savory apple flatbread
--Sesame thins
--Spelt bread
--Tea rings and pecan rings
--100% Whole wheat artisan bread
--Whole wheat sandwich bread
--Zaatar flatbread

In the bakery case, I'll have a cappuccino spice cake made with whole wheat pastry flour from Stutzman Farms, maple syrup from Gortner's, eggs from Autumn Harvest Farm, milk and butter from Hartzler Family Dairy, and organic Sumatra coffee from my friends at Oak Grove Coffee Company.

And there's still time to sign up for my artisan bread class at Today's Kitchen Store on Saturday, November 3.  It will be fun!
