At Local Roots July 13-16

Summer's here, the weather is giving the garden a big boost, and I'm using more and more of my own homegrown herbs and produce in my baked offerings. Good news!

Here's what you'll find on my shelves at Local Roots Market this week:

--Artisan wheat bread
--Basil pesto flatbread
--Cheese crackers (cheddar and pepper jack)
--Cheese-herb artisan bread: cheddar-dill, chèvre-rosemary, Lock 21 with pepper
--Cinnamon-pecan bread
--Garlic-herb bread
--Garlic pesto flatbread
--Honey spelt oat bread
--Hot dog/brat buns
--Light rye bread
--Maple oatmeal bread
--Pain aux noix
--Pita chips
--Pizza crusts
--Sandwich buns
--Sesame thins
--Spelt bread
--Tea rings and pecan rings
--Whole wheat pita
--Zaatar flatbread

In the bakery case, I'll have only one type of vegetable roll:

-
-Chard-cherry: My crop of golden chard is really taking off now, so these rolls are loaded with that dark leafy green goodness! The chard is paired with dried cherries from Moreland Fruit Farm, green onions from Adonai Acres, fresh homegrown parsley, and sunflower oil from Sunsations. Non-dairy and delicious!

Cool off this week -- stop in at Local Roots!
