Fall is definitely settling in with cooler weather and hints of frost, so it's time to enjoy fall flavors!  I've got most of my cooler-weather breads back in rotation now, so look for them this week,

Fall is here, and the weather is definitely cooling down.  Time for bread!

I also plan to bring apple strudel bread and rosemary cider bread back later this week.  There will be limited supplies of both of these during the season, due to the higher cost of cider (because of a short apple crop this year).
